At Ontario Knife, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure a safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
